•Own vertical performance and support general management and strategic direction of the F&B vertical.
•Define and drive key elements of the global commercial strategy for F&B, including go-to-market playbooks, competitive analysis, and business cases.
•Act as the internal and external subject matter expert for F&B, understanding POS, loyalty, and channels including online, drive thru, and kiosk.
•Analyze customer behavior to identify opportunities for product innovation, differentiation, and strategic ecosystem partnerships.
•Work with the Product Offering team to champion the vertical and be the voice of the customer.
•Develop and maintain customer segmentation to identify opportunities for revenue growth and market expansion.
•Inform vertical and broader Adyen strategies with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes.
