Key Responsibilities
- Build the service ecosystem: map and own the end-to-end service journey for Platform Engineering.
- Drive continuous improvement across systems: create interventions that change how whole teams and systems work together.
- Enable design thinking at scale: act as a consultant to product and engineering teams.
- Shape AI-enabled developer experiences: design how AI shows up in developer workflows.
- Define the strategic vision: take ownership of broad, undefined spaces within the internal developer platform.
- Consult on UX/UI excellence: partner with product teams to ensure individual features align with broader platform logic.
- Partner across the organization: work with Product, Technology, and Data Analytics to turn complex data into actionable service blueprints.
- Articulate value: communicate service methodologies and business impact to senior stakeholders.
