Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for a critical area of Adyen's Global Acquiring.
- Build scalable acquiring capabilities that improve payment performance, increase authorization rates, and maximize merchant conversion.
- Partner directly with Visa, Mastercard, American Express and other global payment networks to influence roadmaps, implement new capabilities, and ensure ongoing compliance.
- Drive complex cross-functional initiatives across Engineering, Partnerships, Commercial, Compliance, Operations and Product teams.
- Translate changing scheme requirements into scalable platform capabilities rather than one-off merchant solutions.
- Use data to identify opportunities that improve merchant performance, operational efficiency, and platform scalability.
- Lead difficult product decisions through influence, aligning stakeholders across multiple organizations without direct authority.
- Mentor other product managers and contribute to raising the overall quality of product management within the organization.
