Key Responsibilities
- Create and evolve Adyen's Enterprise Offering, ensuring scalability across verticals and regions.
- Own the commercial value proposition, product bundling, and messaging.
- Anticipate future customer and commercial needs and evolve offering accordingly.
- Ensure products meet readiness levels for target verticals before scaling.
- Build direct customer relationships to inform strategies.
- Translate vertical team insights into clear voice of customer for Product and Engineering.
- Identify cross-market patterns in customer feedback and convert into data-driven product recommendations.
- Partner with Product Leadership to inform roadmap decisions driving adoption.
- Incubate early ideas and validate in market with Verticals.
- Support product deep dives and vision selling with customers.
- Execute GTM strategy for offering, ensuring feedback loop.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Commercial Academy, and Business Performance on enablement.
- Maintain close partnership with Vertical teams for cross-vertical insights.
- Own adoption of offering area, ensuring clear solution for regions and verticals.
