Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and evolve Adyen's Enterprise Offering, ensuring scalability across verticals and regions.
  • •Own the commercial value proposition, product bundling, and messaging.
  • •Anticipate future customer and commercial needs and evolve offering accordingly.
  • •Ensure products meet readiness levels for target verticals before scaling.
  • •Build direct customer relationships to inform strategies.
  • •Translate vertical team insights into clear voice of customer for Product and Engineering.
  • •Identify cross-market patterns in customer feedback and convert into data-driven product recommendations.
  • •Partner with Product Leadership to inform roadmap decisions driving adoption.
  • •Incubate early ideas and validate in market with Verticals.
  • •Support product deep dives and vision selling with customers.
  • •Execute GTM strategy for offering, ensuring feedback loop.
  • •Collaborate with Product Marketing, Commercial Academy, and Business Performance on enablement.
  • •Maintain close partnership with Vertical teams for cross-vertical insights.
  • •Own adoption of offering area, ensuring clear solution for regions and verticals.
