Key Responsibilities
- Assess Business Impact - analyze how new products or regulatory changes affect MOps workflows and ensure the business is ready for scale.
- Own launch & migration readiness - drive the Go/No-Go process and assess if the business is prepared to support launches.
- Process Improvement - identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies and propose scalable solutions.
- Drive Operational Preparedness - identify bottlenecks before they happen and own the transition from project to business as usual.
- Cross-Functional Integration - act as primary connector between Product, Compliance, and Merchant Operations.
- Meeting Facilitation - support preparation and execution of strategic leadership meetings.
- Problem Solving & Judgment - navigate ambiguous situations with no playbook.
