Key Responsibilities

  • •Assess Business Impact - analyze how new products or regulatory changes affect MOps workflows and ensure the business is ready for scale.
  • •Own launch & migration readiness - drive the Go/No-Go process and assess if the business is prepared to support launches.
  • •Process Improvement - identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies and propose scalable solutions.
  • •Drive Operational Preparedness - identify bottlenecks before they happen and own the transition from project to business as usual.
  • •Cross-Functional Integration - act as primary connector between Product, Compliance, and Merchant Operations.
  • •Meeting Facilitation - support preparation and execution of strategic leadership meetings.
  • •Problem Solving & Judgment - navigate ambiguous situations with no playbook.
