- Assess Business Impact of new products or regulatory changes on MOps workflows
- Own launch & migration readiness and Go/No-Go process
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in operational workflows for process improvement
- Drive Operational Preparedness for transitions from project to business as usual
- Act as primary connector between Product, Compliance, and Merchant Operations for cross-functional integration
- Support preparation and execution of strategic leadership meetings with agenda development and facilitation
- Navigate ambiguous situations with problem solving and judgment to prioritize business needs
