Key Responsibilities
- Participate in 24/7 on-call monitoring to proactively detect platform and merchant issues.
- Coordinate mitigation, recovery, and resolution of high-impact incidents.
- Communicate with merchants in real time during incidents.
- Analyze incident trends to identify recurring issues and drive preventative action.
- Work with Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to improve monitoring strategy and reliability.
- Investigate alerts and provide feedback to engineering teams for effective logging and alerts.
- Mitigate merchant impact risk by actioning on alerts and documenting learnings.
- Lead initiatives and develop automation for effective monitoring.
- Ruthlessly prioritize, automate, and scale detection capabilities.
