Key Responsibilities
- Own the health and performance of the Travel & Mobility vertical as General Manager.
- Define and drive global commercial strategy, including GTM strategy.
- Be the vertical owner for leadership updates to Management/Supervisory Board/GLT.
- Act as customer leader for Adyen in the vertical, joining strategic customer meetings.
- Analyze customer behavior to identify opportunities for product innovation.
- Work with Offering team to champion the vertical based on customer insights.
- Develop customer segmentation for revenue growth and market expansion.
- Inform strategies with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes.
- Act as industry thought leader by speaking at events and contributing to content.
