Key Responsibilities
- Design, document, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across the entire event lifecycle.
- Own, manage, and optimize the centralized event technology stack (Cvent, Jifflenow).
- Ensure seamless integration between event technology tools and core business systems (Marketo, Salesforce).
- Lead adoption and best practices for on-site lead capture tools (iCapture).
- Serve as primary point of contact between Event Marketing Community and Demo Tool team.
- Manage key global operational vendor relationships.
- Maintain and automate Global Event Measurement Framework and Dashboard.
- Lead enablement sessions for event marketing managers on new tools, processes, and reporting.
