Key Responsibilities
- Strategize, plan, and execute initiatives to level up employer brand events and partnerships in EMEA.
- Develop a clear, strategic roadmap with KPIs for recruiting events and activations.
- Manage a robust events calendar of in-person and virtual events.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver event experiences that showcase employer brand.
- Establish and nurture strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Track, analyze, and report on metrics to evaluate effectiveness and ROI of events and partnerships.
- Organize and coordinate all aspects of event execution for both in-person and virtual formats.
- Deliver creative and engaging event experiences that drive talent pipeline generation, brand visibility, and retention.
- Contribute to content and campaign efforts and work cross-functionally with the Employer Brand team.
