Key Responsibilities
- Review and advise on public filings and disclosure documentation.
- Provide legal support and internal training on corporate law matters such as M&A and corporate development.
- Manage insider trading and conflict of interest inquiries, procedures, and policies.
- Ensure compliance with the Market Abuse Regulation.
- Support the disclosure committee and drive strategic disclosure reviews.
- Partner with Investor Relations and Communications on disclosure matters.
- Advise on equity structures and incentive plans.
- Consult with regulators and financial authorities such as the AFM.
- Keep abreast of developments in Dutch and European corporate legal matters.
