Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and mentor direct reports, act as a role model, cultivate a winning culture, facilitate learning and development, manage resources, oversee day-to-day way of working
  • •Stakeholder Management: Collaborate across Group Finance and with non-finance stakeholders
  • •Cross-functional Alignment: Work closely with global leads, operational teams, and broader finance organization
  • •Operations Optimization: Optimize and scale core processes such as supplier invoice processing, payments, and reconciliations
  • •Automation & Accuracy: Drive automation initiatives to streamline functions and improve data accuracy
  • •General Ledger Management: Manage GL activities related to operational and capital expenditures
  • •Audit Support: Provide support and information to internal and external auditors regarding operational and capital expenditures
  • •Financial Analysis: Prepare variance analysis during the month-end closing process
