Key Responsibilities

•Design and build AI agents, automations, and LLM integrations that solve real operational challenges across ACEVE Group’s portfolio companies.
•Partner with business teams to understand their workflows, identify high-impact AI opportunities, and translate them into working solutions.
•Iterate on deployed solutions based on real-world usage and feedback, ensuring adoption and continuous improvement.
•Contribute to a shared engineering foundation — reusable components, patterns, and best practices that scale across the group.
•Evaluate and recommend new AI tools, models, and frameworks that could advance Aceve’s internal capabilities.
•Document your solutions clearly so business teams and colleagues can understand, maintain, and build on them.
•Support the AI Champions network with technical guidance and pair-building sessions, helping colleagues across departments implement AI in their daily work.
•Run occasional hands-on or remote workshops when deep technical expertise is needed, and gather user feedback directly across ACEVE’s multiple markets.
