Key Responsibilities
- Own the financial administration of multiple legal entities
- Act as right hand to Finance Manager and support Record-to-Report activities
- Support month-end close processes
- Prepare, review, and post journal entries
- Review and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Partner with colleagues across stores and HQ
- Support payroll accounting processes
- Assist with cash management activities
- Maintain fixed asset and prepaid expense registers
- Contribute to business cases and financial analyses
- Support annual audit process
- Drive continuous improvements in financial processes
