Key Responsibilities
- Own the financial administration of multiple legal entities, from invoice processing to reporting
- Act as the right hand to the Finance Manager and support Record-to-Report activities
- Support month-end close processes, planning and delivering accurate financial reporting
- Prepare, review, and post journal entries including accruals, prepayments, and corrections
- Review and reconcile general ledger accounts across multiple entities
- Partner with colleagues across stores and HQ, providing financial insights
- Support payroll accounting processes and perform reconciliations
- Assist with cash management activities including payment runs and VAT submissions
- Maintain fixed asset and prepaid expense registers
- Contribute to business cases, financial analyses, and ad hoc projects
- Support the annual audit process and collaborate with external auditors
- Drive continuous improvements in financial processes and reporting
