Key Responsibilities

•Support retail teams as first point of contact for HR questions from employees and store managers across DACH region
•Manage HR administration including contracts, change letters, and employee documentation
•Support payroll processes with monthly people updates and information on joiners, leavers, absences, and changes
•Maintain and update employee information in HiBob and support retail scheduling in Tamigo
•Proactively communicate about contract expirations, policy updates, and legislative changes
•Deliver hands-on support with care, accuracy, and a people-first mindset
•Contribute to team projects with research and operational improvement initiatives
•Assist with scheduling, leave registration, and timesheet corrections across retail stores
