Key Responsibilities
- Redesign how finance works: processes, close, controls, reporting.
- Make the ERP earn its keep: streamline, automate, integrate.
- Partner with Business Control to embed finance in the business.
- Own the close and statutory reporting across NL, Germany, Belgium, UK, Spain.
- Tackle technical stuff: transfer pricing, intercompany, purchase price allocation, internal controls, asset impairment assessments.
- Bring the team up: coach and develop junior colleagues.
