Key Responsibilities
- Redesign how finance works — close, controls, reporting
- Optimize ERP (Odoo) through streamlining, automation, and integration
- Partner with Business Control to embed finance in the business
- Own monthly and year-end close, annual accounts, and audit coordination across NL, Germany, Belgium, UK, Spain
- Handle transfer pricing, intercompany, purchase price allocation, internal controls, asset impairment assessments
- Coach and develop more junior colleagues
