Key Responsibilities
- Redesign finance processes: close, controls, reporting.
- Optimize ERP (Odoo) for automation and integration.
- Partner with Business Control to embed finance in business decisions.
- Own monthly/year-end close, statutory reporting, and audit across NL, DE, BE, UK, ES.
- Handle transfer pricing, intercompany, purchase price allocation, internal controls, asset impairment.
- Coach and develop junior team members.
