Key Responsibilities

•Oversee the inspection, reception, and verification of incoming materials and equipment against purchase orders and packing lists.
•Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse and storage yard.
•Implement and manage a rigorous inventory system to track stock levels, issue materials, and conduct regular physical counts.
•Process material requests from site personnel, accurately documenting all disbursements.
•Coordinate the timely scheduling and transportation of materials and equipment to and from the worksite.
•Manage the tool crib; ensure all hand tools, specialized testing equipment, and power tools are accounted for upon issue and return.
•Coordinate the regular maintenance and calibration schedules for all small machinery and specialized tools.
•Facilitate the repair or replacement of damaged tools and equipment.
•Oversee the proper storage, tracking, and resupply of consumables, fuel, and lubricants.
•Collaborate with site supervisors to enforce and maintain a high standard of housekeeping and order.
•Oversee the proper segregation, tracking, and disposal of waste materials in compliance with environmental regulations.
•Ensure all warehouse and storage operations strictly adhere to company HSE policies.
