Key Responsibilities
- Set the technical direction for GenAI solutions across banking use cases: Voice AI, RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, document intelligence.
- Drive initiatives end-to-end through a complex organisation: align stakeholders, unblock teams, make the calls that need to be made.
- Co-create use cases with business counterparts: understand the problem and shape what gets built.
- Stay hands-on: design and write the hard parts if required.
- Own architecture and technical quality across multiple workstreams: trade-offs, patterns, standards.
- Work with Agents, plain LLMs, code, Databricks and the right tool for the job.
- Raise the technical bar of the team: code reviews, design reviews, knowledge sharing, coaching mediors and juniors.
