Key Responsibilities
- Translate business challenges into data questions and turn functional/technical requirements into tangible analytics and AI solutions
- Research, develop and improve statistical, machine learning and (Gen)AI models
- Conduct data experiments across varied datasets and validate outcomes with the right evaluation methods
- Collaborate closely with Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, DevOps and product stakeholders to design, build and deliver solutions
- Build and improve processes and tooling to monitor model performance, data quality and accuracy
- Help build and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines (feature engineering, training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring)
- Visualize insights effectively and communicate results and statistical concepts clearly to business stakeholders and end-users
- Contribute to continuous improvement by automating existing deliverables and proposing ideas that improve technical, data or business outcomes
