Key Responsibilities
- Conduct business and consumer data research and perform quantitative analyses to support daily decision-making.
- Collect, combine and structure data from multiple sources and extract actionable insights from large datasets.
- Deliver standard and ad hoc reports, dashboards and datasets, enriched with analyses such as trend analysis and root-cause analysis.
- Translate insights into clear visualizations, metrics and KPIs using tools like Power BI.
- Support and improve management information, financial reporting and performance monitoring.
- Work closely with stakeholders across business, IT, Risk, Compliance and data teams to ensure that information products align with business objectives.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting processes and analytical products.
- Contribute to structured, fact-based decision-making in a regulated banking environment, working in Agile/Scrum teams where applicable.
