•Own and communicate the product vision, strategy for Credit Risk Monitoring & Risk Assessment.
•Lead delivery of the new monitoring and assessment framework across the credit value chain.
•Translate strategic objectives and stakeholder needs into a prioritised, outcome-focused backlog that is effectively managed and delivered.
•Make transparent trade-offs based on value, risk, urgency, complexity and strategic alignment.
•Align senior stakeholders across Risk, business, Finance, Data and IT on priorities and decisions.
•Guide DevOps teams, remove impediments and ensure realistic, visible delivery commitments.
•Balance change delivery with application stability, control requirements and technical health.
•Manage cross-team dependencies and drive adoption of new capabilities and ways of working.
•Build the governance, ownership and collaboration model needed for effective programme execution.
