- Conduct regular performance and development conversations
- Monitor team performance and steer on KPIs and targets
- Act as the first point of escalation for commercial and operational challenges
- Support the team in complex quotations, pricing, and customer cases
- Ensure smooth daily operations and high service quality
- Drive commercial results, own team sales results, margins, and KPIs
- Monitor pricing and margins and guide the team
