Key Responsibilities
- Partner with internal stakeholders and Payroll Vendor to process payroll and resolve transactions.
- Review and validate payroll files (e.g. Payroll Reconciliation File, Bank File) and approve for processing.
- Lead pre-payroll activities (finalize data entry, review master data file quality, confirm time/payroll data completeness).
- T&A process support.
- Handle input errors from third-party vendors or internal stakeholders and drive resolution.
- Resolve bank errors with Treasury support and implement preventive actions.
- Manage Year-End Payroll processing activities (calendar, tax reports, notifications).
- Respond to internal stakeholders on payroll data/report questions.
- Lead smaller global, regional, and country specific projects.
- Some travel may be required.
