Key Responsibilities
- Daily contact with supply plants to coordinate supply of finished product, bulk, or active pharmaceutical ingredients.
- Ensure SAP and JDA are updated with latest information and inform customers of supply updates and risks.
- Coordinate and process inbound and outbound shipments.
- Support data for plant meetings to review and improve performance.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations.
- Drive continuous improvements and participate in initiatives.
- Execute financial processes including hedging, inventory reserve review, and product scrapping.
- Support artwork changes by coordinating related supply activity.
- Offer innovative ideas to maximize business opportunities and address challenges.
- Support S&OE process through root-cause analysis and problem solving.
