Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage, coach, and develop a team of approx. 50 customer service professionals located around the world.
  • •Execute Customer Service Finance Manager Order to Cash activities under AbbVie’s Target Operating Model.
  • •Develop strategy and tactical operation of Customer Service activities.
  • •Represent supply chain related activities to all levels within the organization, customers, and vendors.
  • •Monitor workflow and address gaps quickly.
  • •Drive improvements based on KPI monitoring.
  • •Ensure compliance with corporate, division and departmental procedures and policies.
  • •Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service, productivity, and profitability.
  • •Oversee achievement and maintenance of agreed customer service levels and standards.
  • •Handle complex and escalated customer service issues.
  • •Drive AbbVie culture across the team.
  • •Support implementation of OUS CL and OneHUB strategy.
  • •Use customer insight and RCA to identify companywide improvements.
  • •Strategically lead and develop operational management.
