Key Responsibilities
- Handling and preparing end user hardware, especially hardware used in an office environment
- 2nd level hardware support via tickets raised and assigned in ServiceNow
- Problem and Incident Management
- Collecting and providing input for improvements
- Act as a local project coordinator for hardware rollouts as required
- Support for other locations as appropriate within The Netherlands
- Responsibility for the IT hardware support within the site location that the post holder is located, acting as part of the onsite team
- Asset management updates for deployed hardware to ServiceNow
