•Design, build, and operate infrastructure powering our cloud platform for high availability, performance, and developer efficiency.
•Push the boundaries on how we scale to millions of users.
•Drive observability, monitoring, and alerting, and reduce operational toil through automation and smart tooling.
•Improve the security and observability posture.
•Contribute to on-call rotation, helping keep our systems healthy and performant.
•Own and evolve KTLO work: tackle reliability, performance bottlenecks, and critical bug fixes.
•Collaborate closely with Cloud team engineers, and sync with product engineers and PMs from other teams to support cross-functional projects.
•Play a key role in strategic technical decisions, including architecture, tooling, and platform evolution.
