Key Responsibilities

•Continuously explore emerging shifts in AI interfaces, orchestration, agents, and autonomy through hands-on experimentation and ecosystem research.
•Identify unmet needs and future opportunities that could shape n8n’s long-term product direction.
•Rapidly prototype, validate, and launch new AI-native product ideas with minimal support and high autonomy.
•Operate with a highly scrappy, execution-first mindset across product, design, engineering, and go-to-market.
•Evaluate what n8n should invest in over the next 1–3 years using structured thinking and experimentation.
•Validate ideas through user conversations, market signals, prototypes, and fast feedback loops.
•Work closely with n8n’s founder and Product leadership to workshop ideas and pressure-test assumptions.
•Share insights and discoveries with the wider organization to help n8n stay ahead of the AI landscape.
