Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver AI enablement experiences (workshops, learning sessions, coaching) that build capability and drive adoption
- Partner with business leaders, AI leads, and technology teams to identify and progress high-value AI use cases
- Support the end-to-end journey from discovery through to implementation, helping embed AI into everyday workflows
- Develop practical playbooks, tools, and reusable assets to enable teams to adopt AI in a scalable way
- Build and nurture internal communities of practice to encourage experimentation, knowledge sharing, and innovation
- Coordinate and maintain visibility of AI initiatives, tracking progress, adoption, and impact across the organisation
- Capture and share success stories and insights to build momentum and continuously improve how AI is applied
