Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of front-end features focusing on accessibility, performance, reliability, and security.
- Define and evolve front-end architecture, patterns, and design systems.
- Mentor and uplift engineers via code reviews, pairing, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing.
- Partner with Product and Design to shape solutions from ambiguous problems and ship iteratively.
- Embed quality practices including unit, integration, and e2e testing; dynamic delivery with feature flags; and observability.
- Champion accessibility (WCAG) and inclusive design.
- Contribute to platform and pipeline improvements, optimizing build times, bundle size, performance, resiliency, and developer experience.
