Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement the MYOB Business platform to optimize systems as a unified business platform
- Take ownership of the integration platform as a domain expert with a product, domain, and system ownership mindset
- Own solution design and architecture decision records for important engineering decisions
- End-to-end ownership of the solution, championing governance and data integrity in the ERP platform
- Define, refine, and incrementally move to a technical vision while delivering value across business, customers, and partners
- Data strategy and system ownership including large-scale data migration and integrations with Hubspot, Workday, Billing, and CPQ software
- Monitor system performance, data integrity, and user activity to make recommendations and deploy continuous improvements
- Migrate from legacy systems to fit-for-purpose SaaS solutions to improve effectiveness and efficiency
- Translate sophisticated business requirements into smaller initiatives to deliver value incrementally
- Contribute to team culture by role modeling collaboration, leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior developers
