- Help shape the design strategy for MYOB Mid-Market, ensuring design investment is focused on the highest-leverage opportunities for partners and customers.
- Champion design thinking and human evidence across the product organisation.
- Build and maintain a connected view of the end-to-end experience across our ecosystem.
- Stay at the forefront of how AI is reshaping design practice, and bring that thinking into the team.
- Build strong working relationships with Product Managers, PMM, Pricing, Engineering, Marketing, and senior stakeholders.
