Key Responsibilities
- Support Vice President and Head of Sustainable Finance (Oceania) in origination and execution of labelled and sustainability-linked financing solutions
- Prepare high-quality client materials including pitch decks, bank presentations, financing proposals, and market updates
- Support transaction execution by coordinating internal stakeholders, managing timelines, and reviewing legal documentation
- Assist in structuring sustainable finance solutions including green, social, transition finance, sustainability-linked loans/bonds, and carbon finance
- Maintain knowledge of market standards and frameworks: Green Loan Principles, Sustainability-Linked Loan Principles, Climate Bonds Standard, Australian Taxonomy
- Participate in client meetings, market engagement initiatives and industry events
- Apply risk-aware approach to transaction execution in line with internal governance and validation frameworks
