Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical support and troubleshooting to customers and branch teams
•Conduct product failure investigations and deliver corrective service solutions
•Complete customer calls and branch visits across NSW and VIC
•Build and maintain strong relationships with branch networks and business development teams to drive sales growth
•Develop and implement target/key customer strategies to generate profitable growth
•Deliver product training and technical sales training to internal teams
•Complete customer site surveys in conjunction with application engineering and major accounts teams
•Deliver documented safety, reliability and efficiency gains for customers
•Actively pursue and submit cost-saving case studies
•Participate in trade shows and industry expos
