Key Responsibilities
- Deliver consistent and high-quality service to customers
- Assist customers with trade counter, email and phone sales enquiries and follow up with quotes, pricing and product enquiries
- Accurately enter cash sales, invoices, purchase orders, transfers and picking slips into the computer system
- Assist workshop team in manufacturing hose assemblies during peak periods
- Pick and pack orders including courier and transport documentation
- Ensure sufficient levels of stock and advise purchasing department of stock requirements
- Arrange credits for incorrect pricing and returned goods at point of sale
- Assist with periodic stock checks
