Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Radio team including design, development and verification of wireless ICs
- Ensure staffing, infrastructure, and processes for silicon development from design to tapeout
- Work with teams across company throughout design, development, and production phases
- Support silicon bring-up and product delivery
- Oversee circuit design, verification & modelling
- Oversee chip bring up on bench
- Define and lead chip qualification and product engineering
- Lead debug of chip functional and performance problems
- Interpret and analyze validation of simulation results against systems design
- Interpret and analyze validation of bench measurements against systems design
