Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain strong external relationships with clients’ operational and senior stakeholders.
•Lead client meetings, ensuring delivery of value, capturing feedback, and identifying new business opportunities.
•Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of media campaigns and services, ensuring alignment with client expectations and contractual SLAs.
•Oversee delivery teams, providing guidance and quality assurance.
•Maintain advanced knowledge of media products, services, and platforms.
•Identify revenue opportunities, support pitching efforts, and assist in scoping and contracting processes.
•Promote APAC media and business strategies within the team and across client portfolios.
•Manage budgeting, billing, invoicing, and forecasts.

•Mentor and guide team members and foster a positive team culture.
