Key Responsibilities

•Lead the successful delivery of complex projects and programs to ensure outcomes are achieved and solutions are delivered aligning to customer needs and to agreed expectations.
•Take full responsibility for the project documentation, schedule, budget management, resource planning, change control, organisational change management (including communication and training) and risk and issue management processes.
•Identify, assess and manage program risks and issues. Establish and maintain project registers.
•Report to the local director and/or steering committee through regular highlight reports, verbal reports and escalate risks and issues where required.
•Manage day-to-day tasking and performance of a project delivery team.
•Manage the relationship with the customer as a primary/secondary point of contact.
•Take full responsibility for the quality of work performed.
•Track progress of key project and program contractual deliverables.
•Assist with coaching and developing junior business analyst / business analyst capability.
