Key Responsibilities
- Lead successful delivery of complex projects and programs
- Take full responsibility for project documentation, schedule, budget, resource planning, change control, organisational change management, risk and issue management
- Identify, assess and manage program risks and issues; establish and maintain project registers
- Report to local director and/or steering committee through regular highlight reports
- Manage day-to-day tasking and performance of project delivery team
- Manage relationship with customer as primary/secondary point of contact
- Take full responsibility for quality of work performed
- Track progress of key project and program contractual deliverables
- Assist with coaching and developing junior business analyst / business analyst capability
