Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain server-side logic using PHP, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and reliability.
•Evolve internal management frameworks to meet adapting business requirements and sunset legacy systems.
•Build and maintain complex bi-directional syncs across the enterprise stack (Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, and other internal proprietary developed tools) to ensure a flawless data exchange.
•Design and implement APIs and RESTful services that adhere to industry standards.
•Work with databases, including setup, maintenance, and optimization to ensure 'One Source of Truth' across project data.
•Identify and resolve bugs, bottlenecks, and ensure the 100% stability of critical internal tooling.
•Write clean, scalable, and effectively commented code following best practices.
•Focus on reducing 'gap time friction' and automating manual workflows to accelerate business velocity.
•Integrate AI-driven features like agentic workflows to automate workflows.
•Maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical specifications and API documentation.
