Key Responsibilities

•Draft, negotiate, and review a variety of legal documents and contracts such as MSAs, Statements of Work, RfPs, NDAs, and third party agreements
•Join negotiations with internal teams and clients on commercial contracts and other legal agreements to align with company policies and objectives and mitigate risks
•Provide legal support and advice on compliance and clearance matters for all projects and campaigns in APAC
•Work collaboratively with the APAC legal team to create, update and roll out contract policies and commercial/legal strategies
•Monitor changes and developments in the legal and regulatory environment in APAC markets and provide appropriate advice
•Liaise with account managers and producers to ensure correct implementation of legal guidelines and policies and ensure compliance
•Create, maintain, and update internal agreement templates to reflect changes in business and legal landscape
•Stay current on relevant industry, commercial, IP, privacy, data, employment, and other laws, regulations, and developments
•Help manage legal administration to keep day-to-day legal practices up-to-date
