- Full ownership of the existing merchant credit risk portfolio — hitting all team SLAs for underwriting and periodic reviews, and keeping portfolio quality sharp as merchant volumes grow.
- A detailed, documented roadmap for the design and implementation of a new credit risk framework for Mollie's new products — built from the ground up.
- A smart, scalable credit risk system that reduces friction in the customer lifecycle, enabling faster approvals for good merchants without compromising risk standards.
- Clear performance and development plans for each member of the credit risk team, with a focus on coaching, growth, and building long-term capability.
- Optimised assessment processes that leverage AI tooling to automate routine cases — freeing the team to focus human effort where it matters most.
- Regular, structured reporting to leadership on portfolio performance, gaps, and where strategic attention is needed.
