Key Responsibilities
- Build proactivity to reduce reactivity for Mistral platforms and apps
- Productize reliability, author runbooks, create SLO templates, implement observability
- Operate Tier-1 customer environments ensuring SLO compliance, own on-call and incident response
- Engineer on-demand provisioning, author security baseline packages, automate deployments
- Lead CVE response across the fleet, ship supply-chain integrity controls (SBOM, signed images, provenance)
- Partner with InfoSec on security incidents and enforce secure-config baselines
