Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement a comprehensive digital performance marketing strategy.
  • •Collaborate with external agencies to create and manage Google Ad campaigns, including SEM, metasearch, and display advertising.
  • •Oversee the creation and management of Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns in partnership with external agencies.
  • •Execute and monitor the SEO strategy in collaboration with external agency partners.
  • •Continuously review and optimise advertising campaigns to achieve target ROAS and other key performance metrics.
  • •Partner with the Marketing & Brand team to design and execute full-funnel customer acquisition campaigns across the entire customer journey.
  • •Manage paid listings on third-party websites, affiliate networks, and media platforms.
  • •Utilise Google Analytics to track and measure marketing performance, focusing on objectives and KPIs.
  • •Regularly analyse multi-channel performance reports (Search, Social, Ads, Email, Website) and provide actionable optimisation recommendations.
  • •Conduct conversion rate optimization (CRO) audits, implement A/B testing, and gather user feedback to enhance conversion rates.
