Key Responsibilities
- Act as the central point of contact for Diabetes in the Benelux region, translating commercial strategies into country-specific plans.
- Develop and execute market development and commercial strategies, including activating referral networks and driving adoption of guidelines and innovations.
- Identify market trends, growth opportunities, and barriers within diabetes care, translating them into actionable business plans.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare institutions, hospitals, medical wholesalers, health insurers, and other stakeholders.
- Support the sales process by developing value propositions, guiding new product launches, supporting contract negotiations, and managing tender processes.
- Collaborate with local and regional teams (marketing, sales, operations, commercial innovation) at Benelux and EMEA level.
- Monitor performance, gather market insights and competitive intelligence, and report to management and regional leadership.
