Key Responsibilities
- Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and industry developments to adapt and strengthen our positioning.
- Develop a deep understanding of the customer's operations, business strategy, and supply chain requirements.
- Identify growth opportunities within the account and proactively propose tailored solutions.
- Lead negotiations to secure contracts, pricing agreements, and business commitments that align with both the customer’s and our company’s objectives.
- Ensure flawless execution of agreements and monitor performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (KAM Wholesales, Marketing, product development, supply chain) to optimize our service offer.
- Develop and steer the Key-Account Plan of the customer, with accountability on the expected results.
