Key Responsibilities

•Demonstrate business partnering with Product Managers, Marketing Managers, Territory Managers and other internal stakeholders.
•Manage key inventory planning functions to provide quality and timely service to internal and external customers.
•Review the weekly inventory levels and ad hoc reports as required for the Business and place Stock Transfer Orders with appropriate Sourcing Plants and to Downstream locations/Agents.
•Liaise with Product Managers and Sales staff to help formulate strategies for inventory optimisation, taking into account changing market dynamics, phase in and phase out plans for other influences.
•Monitor and improve product availability in conjunction with identifying initiatives to optimise inventory levels.
•Work with Inventory team to maintain focus on potential inventory obsolescence write off risks.
•Report as required to the stakeholders on product availabilities to facilitate the distribution to customers.
•Review and update Inventory Optimisation (IO) targets.
•Maintain data integrity of system master data to enable the planning system to generate accurate supply chain plans.
